Youth Discount on Bart with the Clipper Card?

Is it possible for a child who's using clipper on bart to pay at the discounted rate? She doesn't want to use the red tickets anymore, since Clipper is so convenient, but when she uses clipper for bart, it deducts full price. Does Clipper not have the red bart tickets? Is there a way to get Clipper to deduct the discounted price for a bart ride?
