Has anyone had a miscarriage and became pregnant two weeks after?

I had a miscarriage at 4 weeks and 5 days. I only bled for 3 days. the docs said i would be fine to stay home and start trying again after the bleeding stopped. so the day it stopped DF and i started again. its now two weeks after the miscarriage and I am getting nauseous and a little crampy and sore bbs occasionally. all the same stuff i had before i found out i was pregnant before. could i be pregnant so soon? we dont ever use protection.
