You tune your flute at 415 Hz in an environment which has a temperature of 23.3 �C. When you go outside to play in the marching band the temperature has changed to 17.6 �C. By how much should you reduce the flute length in order to still be in tune? Consider the flute an open pipe and 415 Hz to be the fundamental or 1st harmonic.
