Should Ron Paul be reelected as Congressman for his district now people know that he's a phobic racist?

even if he didn't write his newsletter , he's clearly responsible for it's contents and it's numerous rantings of hatred. Is he in a district gerrymandered with white racists to ure a Republican victory?
