How to keep a relationship interesting?

Well, one thing not to do is repetitively doing things. When people do that it makes things boring. Make things exciting by surprising the other person but don't do it if the person doesn't like surprises. I for one don't like surprises, it always means someone is being left out, even if it is for fun.
