I am searching for my cousin, Andrew Huggett, born c.1950 in Hull, Yorkshire.?

I know he had a sister named Carol. His father was Arthur and was born in eastbourne sus, his mother was Marjorie (Madge) nee Fleetwood. They married at Hull registry office in 1941.Our paternal grandparents were Lawrence and mary elizabeth Huggett. Both now deceased. Can anyone help me please.
