Is President Obama finishing 2010 strong, with the Tax Deal, DADT Repeal and the START Treaty?

He will get 3 out of the 4 done this year. However the DREAM ACT did not get 60 votes to stop a Filibuster, but it did get a clear majority of Senators with 55. Even 4 Republicans voted for the DREAM Act, but this is going to have to wait until 2013 or 2015, when the makeup of the House swings back into Democratic Control.
