My newborn baby has such a blocked nose im too scared to sleep...help?

my baby girl is now 5 days old and i developed a really bad cold the day i had her, which i still have and ive ped it on, tonight her nose is totally blocked and she sounds like shes struggling to breath, she has been asleep for almost 3 hours. but im scared to sleep incase she cant breath. Is there anything i can do right now to clear her nose? i tried to use a cotton bud but her nostrils are to small, i dont have a sucker, wouldnt be bale to get one till tomorrow. any help would be appreciated
