Is their a big difference between 245/75/16 & 265/75/16 Tires?

I'm looking to put some all-terrain tires on my ford ranger 4x4 off road pickup. I have some girly looking tires on it right now. Not very aggressive and too small. 235/70/16. Is their a noticeable difference in the two sizes that i'm looking at above???
