International food day help!!!?

so for my Spanish cl i have to take part in International food day. I can't really think of a specific traditional cuisine. It can be from any country but can't be too challenging to prepare. I'm a pretty good cook but I don't want to do something that requires too much work. please help f you have any suggestions, and can you list what country the food is from. I would rather prefer desserts or appetizers or something, thanks
